I lost my last Uncle 12-28-22 and he requested that I take care of his affairs, I had not purchased a Home since 1975, so I did not know where to start, a friend told me her sister had used Justin to sell her home. When i contacted him and explained the situation he new just what it was going take to sell the home, by me being 73 and my son working full time he suggested people to help me with the clean out of the house. This is what I could not believe, they had beautiful pictures of the house and put it on the market on 06-30-23 and we received 8 offers and selected a buyer on 07-04-23. My son and i could not believe it. It gave us hope that we could close and settle my Uncle's estate. This was a large part of settling his estate, I prayed that I could do this for my last Uncle that would be respectable for his life and with your help i am able to do this. I can not Thank you enough.

I only had a little over a month before my lease was up; due to wasted time on other realtors I was giving up and decided to remain renting. A friend heard about my situation and told me to call Justin. When explaining my situation to Justin he; started asking me questions about my liking how many bedrooms, how much do I want to spend, and what side of town? That day I received several emails from e-Merge all types of homes for sell. Once I confirm what I like to see, Justin linked me up with Kaitlin to show these homes. Kaitlin was very knowledgeable and anything she didn’t know she would find out for me.At the end of the day...my lease expired 9/4/19; I was in contract on 8/2/19, closed on the 8/31/19, and moved in 9/1/19. Clean up and returned the key to my renter on the 3rd of September. Mission accomplished!!! Now that making it happen...thank again and again to Justin, Kaitlin, and the e-Merge team.

Justin was always professional. He communicated with me whenever there were any changes or if he found out new information that would help us along the process. He was also very patient and encouraging during the entire process. What I appreciated the most was he educated me throughout the process and he was present at my home walk-through, closing and other "important" meetings during the home-buying process not all realtors do that for their clients. Justin also goes above and beyond what is expected to show that he values and appreciates his clients. He gives back to them in so many tangible ways, particularly, hosting client appreciation or informal client networking events. Again, doing things that no other realtors, at least that I am aware of, are doing for their potential clients. I think this is what distinguishes Justin above any other realtor. He is really there for his clients. I had a great experience and I hope that Justin Gwinn will continue to be amongst the top or leading realtors not only in Ohio but in our nation.
